  What a horribly disappointing experience it was to hire this law office to represent us. Living in Florida, we found it practical to hire someone to represent and help us recover money we were owed by a company based near Charlotte. David Broome was recommended to us by someone who'd had trouble in the past with the company we wanted to sue.
  
  We forwarded all of the documents to David so we could to build our case against the company that owed us. Soon after we paid half of our fee to Mr. Broome's office, our emails, voicemails, phone calls and all other forms of communication ceased to be returned. We caught on that we were being ignored and that we were out the money we'd paid (paid in full as we promised). Through our own efforts, we recovered the money owed to us. He never filed our case in court, as we believed he would. Only after calling the court house did we find that out.
  
  We disputed our fee to the NC State Bar and Mr. Broome said we are entitled to a refund. So far, we haven't seen our money from him. I've reported him to the NC State Bar.
  
  If you want a lawyer who takes your money, doesn't do what he says he will do, ignores and blows you off, by all mean hire this gentlemen. If you want a professional, look elsewhere.
  
  Update 5/27/17
  We received a partial refund today and a letter stating the difference will be sent separately. What a hack. I suggest you submit a fee dispute through the NC Bar if something similar has happened to you with this office and then file a grievance. Lawyers have a bad rep and this guy only adds to that lore. Thank goodness for the state bar or this guy would've kept all of our money for doing nothing he said he would do.

  This guy decided he wouldn't pay us the difference he owes us. It's been over 4 months since he promised to refund us in full. Leaving him several negative reviews and reporting him to the NC State Bar is plenty payment for me, though. I hope you take what you owe us and invest in a better website, not that amateur diy page you've got going on that any child could do on their own. I wonder how many others he takes money from only to not help them once he gets paid. David Broome, you're the worst.
