  I routinely have to wait for 1.5 - 2 hours with my grandmother for her appointments, even just for lab appointments sometimes. Her doctor here is wonderful, but seriously- waiting two hours for a shot is ridiculous. Whoever does the scheduling really should do a better job. A patient shouldn't have to take half a day off work to be seen 1.5 hours after their scheduled appointment time.
