  They have really bad customer service. The waitresses there overcharged and got really mad with us. My dad went again and they made fun of him saying, “Was it too much for you again?” The other employees started laughing and the manager or the owner was there and they were laughing as well. To say the least we are never going back. As for the food. It wasn’t the best quality when they served the food it didn’t look appetizing at all. I think Charlotte has better authentic Guatemalan food.
