  Refused to print past records for my tractor. Response was "you would have had to keep up with your own records". This is the worst customer service I've ever had. How hard is it to print records? Did not even try to see if he could.
  
  Update: after speaking with a manager, the manager has made it right and has apologize and has since given me the records. My rating has change from a 1 star to a 4 star.
